I had two maids in a role resign after working for me for around one year, both of them have sisters working in Spain and Finland, they paid me one month and leave immediately.
We had good relationship with both maids who had left but they would not tell the true reason for leaving, always says family problems. I think there must be better offer some where else. Not sure if anyone have the same problem.
